About Mrs. Greenfield.
I am a mom. I am a scrap booker. I am an attorney and I am a teacher of both Science and Special Education. I have been at Highland Oaks Middle School for 24 years. In the beginning, I taught Science and Math to Special Education students. After that, I moved to the General Education program and taught Science for all three grade levels (although, I still have inclusion classes where there are both Special Education and General Education students).
I am married to Jeff. He is an engineer for the Broward County Water and Wastewater Department. I have two children, Hailee (who is 23 and completing her master's degree and is newly married), and Lauren (who is 23 and is and is a Second Year at Michigan State University College of Law. I also am the proud mom of a Shih Tzu boy named Simba. Of my three cildren, Simba is the most spoiled and demanding.
I have a very strange sense of humor. I love puns and tend to decorate my classroom with lots of them. My favorite TV show is The Big Bang Theory... it's both punny and geeky.
